About the role:

Are you an organised, professional and customer-focused administrator who enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy corporate office?

Hancock Iron Ore is seeking a Concierge to provide high-quality reception, administration and clerical support at our West Perth office. You will help maintain a professional front-of-house environment while supporting visitors, employees and business operations with timely, accurate and courteous service.

The role will also provide broad administrative support across office coordination, document management, procurement, travel and general business activities.


Duties:

  • Provide professional front-of-house reception, including welcoming visitors, managing calls and directing enquiries.
  • Coordinate office services such as catering, couriers, mail, deliveries, stationery and supplies.
  • Support document management, including formatting, electronic filing and scanning.
  • Maintain registers and shared resources, including visitor tags, access cards other equipment.
  • Assist with invoice and purchase requisition processing, travel requests, emergency response procedures and administrative support for other teams.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in office administration, reception or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Professional, courteous and service-focused approach with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems and financial platforms such as SAP is highly regarded.
  • Strong written communication, editing, grammar and document formatting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
